Sound component of the installation " where do they go all these people? ": two long rows of clothes put in perspective by Cécile Dachary, associated with a fresco painted by Hélène Pouzoullic representing scenes of our lives, adorned with biblical episodes.

The music of Charles-Edouard Platel was created for this installation on May 1st, 2014 in the church of Les Molieres (Essonne). It evokes an emigrant, leaving the daily grind of an archaic community around the fireplace, then arriving in the exciting press of the contemporary city.

The piece "The clear fountain" was played in the continuation in the musical loop, evoking by contrast a contemplative walk.

Sound material: some old recordings from Africa and recent recordings of conversations of bar and suburban road traffic, digital synthesizers.
